Terms
These terms apply when you use the Always There / Dads website or place an order with us. They do not limit rights you have under UK consumer law.

Products and orders
Delivery and ownership
Delivery options and estimates are shown when you order. An estimate is not a guarantee, but we will contact you if a significant delay becomes known. You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate delivery address.
Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or a person you nominate. Ownership passes once we have received payment in full.

Most UK consumers may cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it, then have a further 14 days to return the goods. Exceptions can apply, including to personalised products.
Goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If they are not, UK law may entitle you to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances and timing.
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. Our shipping and returns page explains timing, standard-delivery refunds and responsibility for return postage.
Using this website
You may use this website for lawful personal shopping and information. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious material, scrape it at scale or use its content in a misleading way.
The site’s original copy, photography, graphics, branding and design are owned by or licensed to Always There / Dads and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Personal use does not transfer those rights.
Links to third-party services are provided for convenience. We do not control their content or availability, and their own terms and privacy notices will apply.
Responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when a contract was formed, or for business losses arising from a purchase made as a consumer.
Law and changes
We may update these terms when our services or the law changes. The version in force when you place an order will govern that purchase.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you retain any mandatory protections available to you and may bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
